These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Frontdesk, a software product operated by Viable Technologies LLC (“Viable,” “we,” “us”). By using Frontdesk you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

Frontdesk provides lead capture, customer communication, and workflow tools for home-services businesses. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for your use of the service in compliance with applicable law, including messaging and consumer-protection regulations.

Messaging

Frontdesk sends communications, including SMS and email, on behalf of the businesses that use it. If you operate a business on Frontdesk, you are responsible for obtaining valid consent from the people you message and for honoring opt-out requests. Message and data rates may apply to recipients.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We may also update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
