We collect information that businesses and their customers provide through Frontdesk — such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, service requests, and message content — as well as technical data needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use this information to provide the service: capturing leads, routing and responding to messages, syncing with connected systems, and reporting to the businesses that use Frontdesk. We do not sell personal information.

SMS and messaging

Frontdesk sends and receives SMS on behalf of the businesses that use it. Recipients opt in by contacting a business or by providing their number with consent. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us operate Frontdesk (such as messaging and infrastructure vendors) and with the connected systems a business chooses to integrate. We may disclose information where required by law.
